The phone wouldn't stop ringing with questions
Kate started Window Screen Repair PA in early 2026, a mobile service across Berks County that repairs and replaces torn, worn, and damaged window and door screens right at the customer's home. She had a website built, and as Google started ranking her pages, the jobs started coming in.
So did the phone calls. Her services and pricing were right there on the site, but people didn't always read them. They just picked up the phone. Kate spent her days answering the same handful of questions, giving ballpark prices, writing up quotes, and sending them off, only to often never hear back. It was eating the time she needed for actual jobs.
What she wanted: answers before the call
Kate didn't want to add staff to keep up. She wanted something on her website that could answer the common questions and qualify people before they called, so the calls she did take were with people who already knew what she did, roughly what it cost, and were closer to booking.
Setup was pointing Zurvo at her website
She signed up for Zurvo and entered her website URL. Zurvo visited every page, understood her services and pricing, and built a knowledge base from the whole site. No documents to prepare, no training data, no developer. In her words, it was genuinely easy.
Now the chatbot handles the first conversation
Today, people looking to hire her use the chatbot before they call. They ask what she does, how the mobile service works, and get ballpark pricing pulled straight from her own pages. Once it has answered a few questions, Zurvo proactively asks for their contact details and emails the lead straight to Kate, with a short summary of what they were asking about.
So when Kate calls back, she already knows what they need, and half their questions are answered. The conversation starts at "let's book it," not "what do you charge?"
Zurvo's become a huge part of how we generate leads and handle customer service. It answers people day and night, even when we're closed, so we capture quote requests we used to miss. Most of my time now is just closing deals instead of answering the same questions on the phone.

The results
Kate estimates the chatbot now qualifies about 80% of the leads that come through her website. Her days shifted from answering questions to closing and booking work. Her business is up around 30% since launch. She also runs other online marketing, so she can't pin all of that on the chatbot, but the time it saves her on the phone is unmistakable.
The bonus she didn't expect: she had been bracing to hire an answering service, or a part-time person to qualify leads for her. With Zurvo doing that for her, she didn't have to hire anyone. She's also quick to credit the team: responsive support, clear help docs, and software that's simply easy to use, at a price that works for a small business.
