Zurvo

Responsible AI & Trust.

An AI chatbot that talks to your customers is speaking on your behalf, so how it behaves matters. Zurvo is built so the safe behavior is the default behavior.

This page lays out how our AI works and how we treat your data.

Answers come from your approved knowledge.

Zurvo answers from the knowledge you approve — your uploaded documents, your crawled website, your auto-built business profile — not from a general model’s open-ended memory. It can show where an answer came from, so customers can see the basis for an answer and your team can review it.

When it can’t help, it hands off to your team.

Zurvo is designed to recognize the limits of what it can answer from your content. When it can’t answer from your content, it hands the customer to your team rather than stretching to answer. That’s the mechanism that keeps the chatbot inside the content you’ve given it.

Oversight: humans stay in control.

Responsible automation keeps a person in the loop for the moments that need judgment. When the chatbot hands off — because it can’t answer from your content, hits a sensitive request, or reaches the edge of its scope — it passes the conversation to your team’s inbox with full context and an AI-generated summary. Your team assigns, prioritizes against SLAs, and responds, with canned replies and internal notes to stay coordinated. The chatbot handles the routine at scale; humans own the exceptions.

Data ownership: your knowledge stays yours.

Your content is yours. The documents you upload and the knowledge you approve are used to power your chatbot and only your chatbot. Multi-tenant data isolation keeps your content out of any other customer’s workspace. We do not sell your data. You can review what informs your chatbot, update it, and remove it. For the full detail, see our Privacy Policy and our Security & Trust page.

Honest about what we have and haven’t built.

Responsible AI also means being honest about the platform itself. We distinguish clearly between what is in production today — data isolation, RBAC, audit logs, encryption, human handoff, usage accounting — and what we deliver as part of an enterprise engagement or have on our roadmap, such as SSO/SAML, SOC 2, HIPAA/BAA, and data residency. We will not present a plan as a certification. Our Security & Trust page spells this out line by line.

Try it live.

Trust is easiest to evaluate when you see it work on your own content. Try it live and watch Zurvo answer from your content and hand off to your team.
