Lead Generation & Qualification.
Lead generation and qualification with an AI agent that answers buyer questions from your own content and routes warm, high-value leads to your team.
Most of the traffic that lands on your site never reaches a salesperson. Prospects arrive with questions — does this work for my use case, do you support my industry, what does implementation look like, can you meet our requirements — and lead generation lives or dies on whether those questions get answered. If they go unanswered, or get a generic chatbot response that misses the point, the prospect leaves and the lead is gone.
Zurvo helps turn that traffic into qualified pipeline. An AI agent engages visitors, answers their questions from your own content, gathers the signals your sales team cares about, and routes warm leads to a human. It works around the clock, so a prospect researching at 9pm gets the same experience as one who arrives mid-morning. This page covers both halves — generating leads by engaging visitors, and qualifying them in conversation before handing off.
Generation: engage the traffic that would have bounced.
A contact form is a filter that only the most motivated prospects clear. Everyone else — the researcher, the comparison shopper, the person with one blocking question — bounces without ever identifying themselves. Lead generation is about engaging that larger group before they leave.
Zurvo’s agent greets prospects on your site, pricing pages, and campaign landing pages, answering their questions instead of leaving them to a form. And it captures interest in the flow of the conversation: it can auto-detect a prospect worth capturing and gather contact details naturally, or present a proactive lead form when the moment is right. Captured leads land in a pipeline you can work and export to CSV, so a browsing visitor with a question becomes a named lead instead of an anonymous bounce.
Why accuracy matters in qualification, not just support.
In lead generation, a wrong answer doesn’t just frustrate a prospect — it can complicate a deal. Zurvo’s agent answers from your own content so it stays close to what you’ve actually documented:
- Answers come from your approved content — product pages, datasheets, overviews, and FAQs — not improvised marketing claims. See grounded AI answers.
- Each answer can show its source, so the prospect can see where it came from.
- The agent hands off when a question goes beyond what your content covers, passing the prospect to a human rather than guessing about pricing, contracts, or capabilities you haven’t documented.
Qualification: gather the signals in conversation.
Generating a lead is only half the job; your team needs to know which leads are worth their time. Zurvo qualifies conversationally, without a rigid form. As it answers a prospect’s questions, it gathers the signals your team uses to prioritize — company, role, use case, timeline, and fit — so a captured lead arrives already scored by the context of the conversation, not just a name and an email.
Route warm leads to a human with context.
When a prospect is qualified or asks to talk to sales, the conversation hands off to your team inbox with the full transcript and an AI summary. Your rep opens the conversation already knowing who they’re talking to and what they need — a qualified conversation with context, not a raw form fill to chase. Your team can also be notified by email and via a Slack incoming webhook, so a warm lead doesn’t sit unseen.
See what prospects ask and where they drop.
Analytics show what prospects ask, where they drop off, and which questions your content doesn’t yet answer, and AI Insights turn those gaps into a content to-do list. Because the agent speaks from approved content and shows its source, marketing and legal can see exactly what it tells the market.
From captured lead to worked pipeline.
Capturing a lead is only useful if your team can act on it. Zurvo captures leads into a pipeline you can actually work — review the conversation that produced each lead, see the qualifying signals the agent gathered, and export the whole list to CSV to load into whatever your sales team already uses. Because every lead arrives attached to the conversation that created it, a rep never opens a bare name-and-email with no context; they see what the prospect asked, what they were told, and what stage of research they were in. That context changes the first outreach from a cold “just following up” to a specific response to what the prospect actually wanted to know. And since the agent captures around the clock, your pipeline fills overnight and on weekends from the traffic that would otherwise have bounced — ready for your team when they start their day.
An honest note on limits.
Zurvo answers questions, captures leads, and routes conversations. It is not a CRM and does not run outbound sequences or integrate into a sales stack beyond the embed and Slack handoff notifications — captured leads live in a pipeline you can work and export to CSV. Its answers depend on the content you give it. On security: data is isolated per tenant with encryption, RBAC, and audit logs, but Zurvo does not currently hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certification — those are roadmap items, described plainly on security and control.
Where it fits best.
- Businesses where prospects ask detailed questions before engaging.
- Markets where buyers self-educate and expect specific answers about capabilities and fit.
- High inbound volume that needs to be engaged, qualified, and routed efficiently.
