Plans, limits, and the free trial.
Compare Zurvo's three plans and annual pricing, understand the 3-day trial and its caps, and learn what happens when you reach your monthly message limit.
Zurvo has three plans, and every account starts with a 3-day free trial. There’s no free tier — the trial is how you try Zurvo on your own site before you’re billed. This guide covers the plans, annual pricing, the trial caps, and what happens at your limit.
The three plans
Each plan sets how many messages your chatbot can send per month and how many pages of your website Zurvo can index into its knowledge base.
| Plan | Price / month | Messages / month | Pages indexed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $39 | 500 | 100 |
| Growth (Popular) | $89 | 3,000 | 300 |
| Scale | $179 | 12,000 | 1,000 |
Growth is the most popular plan and fits most small businesses. Launch is plenty to get going, and you can upgrade any time.
Monthly or annual
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 20% versus paying month to month — that works out to about $31/mo for Launch, $71/mo for Growth, and $143/mo for Scale, billed once yearly. The allowances are identical either way; annual just bills the same monthly quota for the year. There’s a Monthly / Annual toggle on the Billing page, with annual preselected.
The 3-day free trial
When you start a plan, Zurvo begins a 3-day free trial through Stripe. A card is required. During the trial you can test everything, with these caps:
- 50 messages your chatbot can send
- 100 pages Zurvo can crawl from your website, and no automatic recrawls during the trial
These trial caps are lower than your plan’s monthly limits so you can try Zurvo end to end without being charged. When the trial converts to a paid subscription, your full plan limits apply.
Hard caps and reaching your limit
Plans have hard caps — there are no overage charges. When an organization reaches its monthly message allowance, its chatbot pauses and stops answering visitors until the next billing cycle resets your usage, or until you move to a higher plan. You’ll see your usage against the limit on the Billing page meter, and the account owner can turn on usage warning emails so you’re notified as you approach the cap.
Paused vs. active
Your chatbot answers visitors only when the organization has a live subscription — an active plan or an in-progress trial. Before you start a plan, or if the subscription lapses, the organization is paused and the widget shows an upgrade message instead of answering. Starting or restoring a plan takes it out of the paused state.
