Export leads and open the source conversation.
Download your leads as a CSV for your CRM or spreadsheet, and click any lead to jump straight to the conversation where it was captured.
Once your leads are captured, two things make them easy to act on: a CSV export for the tools you already use, and a one-click jump to the conversation each lead came from.
Export your leads to CSV
Click Export CSV in the top-right of the Leads page to download the current list as a spreadsheet file. It’s named with the date you export — for example, leads-2026-07-06.csv — and includes a column for each of:
- Name
- Phone
- Message
- Status
- Date
Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or import it into your CRM. Because a lead’s details come from anonymous visitor input, Zurvo neutralizes any value that could be read as a spreadsheet formula, so the file is safe to open.
The button is available whenever you have leads. If you’ve applied a status filter, note the export reflects all your loaded leads, so filter your spreadsheet after opening if you only want a subset.
Open the source conversation
Every lead is captured from a real chat. Click a lead card to open the conversation it came from, where you can read the full back-and-forth before you reach out. A lead that isn’t tied to a conversation simply isn’t clickable.
Reading the source chat gives you context the lead card can’t — what the visitor asked, what your chatbot answered, and where they shared their details — so your follow-up is informed instead of cold.
Put your leads to work
From here, keep leads moving with the pipeline statuses, and if your team handles conversations together, see how the team inbox fits in.
