Install the chat widget on your site.
Copy your embed snippet from the Install page and add it to your site — the script tag for most sites, or the iframe embed where scripts aren't allowed.

Install on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
Add the Zurvo widget to WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace by pasting your script tag into the platform's custom-code area, then loading your site to confirm it.

Install on Shopify, Webflow, or GoDaddy.
Add the Zurvo widget to Shopify, Webflow, or GoDaddy — the script tag for Shopify and Webflow, and the iframe embed for GoDaddy's sandboxed HTML section.

Confirm the widget is loading on your site.
After installing, verify the Zurvo widget is live — check the install status indicator, load your site, and know what to try if the launcher doesn't appear.

Fix a Content Security Policy that blocks the widget.
If your site sets a Content-Security-Policy, the browser can block the Zurvo widget. Allow app.zurvo.ai in three directives and the launcher appears.
